1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing lifeinco.co (the “site”) or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LIFE INVESTMENT CONSULTING LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, identified with EIN 36-5170170, with registered address at 25 SW 9th St Ste 406, Miami, FL 33130, USA, and operating presence in Bogotá D.C., Colombia (“LIFE·IN·CO” or “we”).

If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the site and our services.

2. Site and service description

LIFE·IN·CO is a US-based company builder with operations across Latin America, integrating four specialized consultancies: LifeInCo (digital transformation + AI), Strategic Litigation Consulting (applied corporate legal), AB Ingeniería y Diseño (forensic engineering), and Happy Life Studio (corporate space design). The lifeinco.co site is intended to:

Communicate our value proposition and practice areas.
Receive commercial inquiries through forms, scheduling and messaging.
Publish editorial work (Insights), case studies and resources.
Facilitate the first contact between potential clients and our team.

The site does NOT constitute a binding offer of services. Any professional engagement with LIFE·IN·CO requires a specific contract signed between the parties.

3. Permitted use of the site

You may use the site to:

Learn about our services, team, cases and editorial publications.
Contact us through enabled channels.
Share site content on social media and other platforms, citing the source and respecting intellectual property rights.
Download content specifically identified as downloadable (lead magnets, guides).

4. Prohibited use

The following are prohibited and will be considered misuse of the site:

Accessing the site for fraudulent, illegal purposes or that violate third-party rights.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, decrypting, copying or attempting to derive the source code of the site.
Using bots, scrapers, automated crawlers or other tools to extract content at scale (except legitimate search engine and generative engine crawlers for public indexing).
Impersonating LIFE·IN·CO, its team or third parties.
Sending malicious content, spam, malware, phishing or any code designed to harm the site or its visitors.
Conducting denial-of-service attacks, overloading the infrastructure or attempting to access restricted areas.
Reproducing, distributing, modifying, selling or creating derivative works of the site content without express written authorization.
Using the site to promote competitors, substitute products or commercial deception.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, photographs, code, design, trademarks, slogans including “Vision. Precision. Execution.”) is the exclusive property of LIFE INVESTMENT CONSULTING LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States intellectual property and copyright laws (Copyright Act of 1976 · 17 U.S.C., Lanham Act · 15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), Colombian legislation (Andean Decision 351, Law 23 of 1982 and concordant regulations) and applicable international treaties (Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty).

The “LIFE·IN·CO” logo is a trademark of LIFE INVESTMENT CONSULTING LLC. The trademarks of the ecosystem consultancies (LifeInCo, Strategic Litigation Consulting, AB Ingeniería y Diseño, Happy Life Studio) are property of their respective owners and used under license or under the common corporate ecosystem.

Any unauthorized use of content or trademarks constitutes infringement and may be pursued civilly and criminally in any of the applicable jurisdictions.

6. Visitor content

When you send us information through the contact form, Calendly, WhatsApp or email, you warrant that:

You are over 18 years of age or are authorized to represent a legal entity.
The information provided is true, accurate and current.
You have the necessary rights to share that information with us.
The use of that information by LIFE·IN·CO under this policy does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to not respond to, ignore or delete any communication that violates these Terms, applicable rules, or the dignity of any person.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. LIFE·IN·CO strives to keep the site operational, secure and error-free, but does NOT guarantee that:

The site operates without interruptions, errors or security incidents.
Content is always accurate, complete or up-to-date.
Embedded third-party services (Calendly, Formspree, WhatsApp, Google) operate without failures.
External links lead to safe or available content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIFE·IN·CO will NOT be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages or lost profits derived from use of the site.
Loss of data, business opportunities, anticipated savings or reputation.
Decisions you make based on editorial content published in /insights, /case-studies or /resources. Editorial content is informed opinion, not binding professional advice.
Actions or omissions of external providers whose platforms we integrate.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless LIFE INVESTMENT CONSULTING LLC, its directors, employees, contractors and ecosystem consultancies against any claim, demand, damage or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

False, inaccurate or misleading information you have provided to us.
Your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

9. Links to third-party sites

The site contains links to third-party websites (Calendly, LinkedIn, GitHub, regulatory authorities, editorial sources, etc.). These links are provided only for convenience and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or control over such sites. LIFE·IN·CO is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites.

10. Modifications to the site and Terms

LIFE·IN·CO reserves the right to:

Modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without prior notice.
Modify these Terms when necessary due to regulatory, technical or strategic changes.

Material changes will be notified with visible notice on the site for at least 30 days before their effective date. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Because LIFE INVESTMENT CONSULTING LLC is a US entity with operating presence in Colombia, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, with respect to the entity and its corporate obligations, and by the laws of the Republic of Colombia with respect to relationships with clients and visitors domiciled in Colombia, without prejudice to the public-policy rules of the user's jurisdiction that may apply.

Any controversy arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be resolved as follows:

Direct negotiation: first we will try to resolve through direct and good-faith dialogue between the parties for a period of 30 calendar days.
Mediation: if direct negotiation does not resolve the controversy, the parties may resort to a mediation procedure before a recognized center. For clients domiciled in Colombia, mediation in Bogotá D.C. For clients in the United States or other jurisdictions, mediation in Miami, Florida.
Ordinary jurisdiction: after exhausting the previous instances, controversies will be resolved by:
- For clients and visitors domiciled in Colombia: the competent civil judges of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
- For clients and visitors in the United States or other jurisdictions: the competent state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, State of Florida, USA.
- The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction or domicile that could correspond.

In case of conflict between applicable laws, the one offering greater protection to the consumer or user shall prevail, without prejudice to the competent jurisdiction to resolve the controversy.

13. Final clauses

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No waiver: the fact that LIFE·IN·CO does not enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce future compliance.
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and LIFE·IN·CO regarding the use of the site and supersede any prior agreement on the same matter.
Languages: these Terms are available in Spanish and English. In case of interpretive discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails as the original language.
